So, Mandy really wants me to write something here. She says that she doesn’t have anything to reply to when I comment on her blog. So here goes.
I’ve started taking multivitamins every night before I go to bed, and I have to say, it’s made a significant impact on my energy levels throughout the day. Not only do I feel more energized, but I feel, healthy, alert, of clear mind, and that my body is working in unison. Since I got to Atlanta I haven’t had that feeling yet. So, I really credit this “One a day” tablet I’m taking.
One other thing is I think the lack of daylight savings has really got me in a funk. I now wake up in the dark at 7 am! It should bright and shining at 7 am! Anyhow, I want to do away with daylight savings totally. But that is my crazy opinion.
So what’s your opinion on multivitamins and daylights savings? Mandy? Anyone?

Oh my gosh! You are SO funny! Multi-vitamins huh? i recommend prenatal vitamins. They are great for your hair, nails, skin, however they did make me nauseas (how the heck do you spell that?) the first couple of times I took them. So if you start taking them just be care of that.
